HOTEL MRG
Toward the end of 1800s, Mehmet Rüştü Efendi
settled in Biga, and had a mansion built as a
family home. In 1993, his grandson and namesake
Prof. Dr. Mehmet Rüştü Gürkaynak
(MRG) started the renovation of the
mansion. Mehmet and his sons, Refet
and Gönenç (MRG) saw it fit that
the renovated mansion be used as a hotel and
training center. To this end, two new buildings
were added to the existing mansion, and
conference/seminar rooms, multi purpose areas,
covered parking, and other facilities needed at
a Conference/Meeting, Training Center were
provided.
